Service description
Admify provides AI-generated, specialist-reviewed intelligence reports on studying in Italy. Our products are information deliverables — not guarantees of admission, scholarship, or visa approval.
Outcomes depend on decisions made by third parties — universities, DSU authorities, and Italian consulates — over whom Admify has no control, influence, or authority.
AI limitations
Reports are generated by Anthropic Claude and reviewed by a human Italy specialist before delivery. AI systems can make errors. Information should be independently verified before acting, particularly for time-sensitive details such as application deadlines, fees, and scholarship bando dates.
Admify is not liable for decisions made on AI-generated content that has not been independently verified.
Payment and refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable except in the case of non-delivery within 24 hours of complete profile submission. Please read the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
Your responsibility
Your report is built entirely from the information you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of your profile submission.
Admify is not liable for inaccuracies in your report caused by errors or omissions in your input. Your profile cannot be amended after submission.
No guarantees
Nothing in any Admify report constitutes a guarantee, promise, or warranty of any admission, scholarship, or visa outcome.
All probability assessments — including "High", "Moderate", and "Low" ratings — are estimates. They are indicative, not definitive, and reflect the information available at the time of report generation.
Commission
Zero commission: Admify earns zero commission from any Italian university, scholarship authority, or institution. Every recommendation is made independently and entirely in the interest of the student.
Specialist calls
Specialist calls are provided for strategic direction only. Specialists do not:
- Fill applications on your behalf
- Process or apostille documents
- Make travel or accommodation bookings
- Manage financial funds
- Act as legal advisors
Call credits expire 6 months from purchase (Complete Italy Pack) or 3 months from purchase (individual call bookings). Unused credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
Intellectual property
All Admify reports are generated for the personal use of the named recipient only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any report or content without prior written permission from Admify.
Limitation of liability
Admify's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Admify is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Admify services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
Admify may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
